Desiree is a creative/producer who thrives on the process of taking projects from page to stage, and on to the accolades. She has produced in a variety of media such as: promotional content for Google, YouTube Red (Rhett & Link), music videos for notable artists (Magic!, Steph Sexton, Jacob Whitesides), and award winning narrative work (Not It!, Pulse, Millie’s 101 Things ) With her eye on moving into directing, Desiree is a strong visual artist with a taste for heightened storytelling. She has directed the dystopian short film “Touch” which is about to embark on its first festival run.



Angelique GrayCoFounder/Head Writer

With a background in theatre and stand-up comedy, Angelique’s career as a comedienne and writer led her to Los Angeles where she wrote for a series of projects, including the award-winning web series, Not It (Best Web-series: Philly WebFest 2017. Best Comedic Ensemble: LA WebFest 2016 Audience Choice: IFQ, Seattle WebFest 2016). She is currently focusing her efforts on writing stories in multiple genres (specifically 2 pilots and 3 feature films) that incorporate the LGBTQ community, of which she is a proud member. She resides in NYC with her beautiful wife and their handsome cat.

Jessica HowellCoFounder/Head of Development

Jessica studied performance and direction at Fordham University. She currently splits her time between Los Angeles and New York while simultaneously splitting her talents in front of and behind the camera. Most notably, she produced and starred in the award winning short film Suzie Sunshine (Women’s International Film Festival, Sarasota film Festival, Sidewalk Film Festival). Jess has the remarkable ability to bring together a diverse and exceptional team of artists to tell relatable stories with that little taste of magic.

Being an arguably tall guy (he has towered at  6’7” since he was a teenager), Chris has been gifted with a unique perspective on life, which has translated into an artistic expression that shows in his work. Having been sought out as a Director and/or Motion Graphics Artist for major brand campaigns by Google, Lady Gaga, Verizon and others, he’s built a career out of sharing stories with his unique fusion of rhythmic pacing and stunning visuals. Chris’s work has been described as the perfect blend between artistic freedom and technical execution. He also just happens to be a really cool guy.

Austin grew up in Aiken, South Carolina. After graduating from Florida State’s College of Motion Picture and Television in 2005- she worked as a Camera Assistant and Cinematographer for 12 years in Los Angeles. She has worked as a Camera Operator and Director of Photography on a variety of features, television, and documentaries, with her resumé including work for NBC, BBC, Hallmark and Lifetime. Her most recent work includes projects for MTV, Comedy Central and Showtime, with her work on the New Media Series, L.A. Macabre earning her several nominations for Best Cinematography.  Austin continues to work all over the world as a Cinematographer, from LA and NY to Europe, India and Nigeria.



Tayen Kim – Illustrator / Animator

Tayen is an illustrator/producer with a passion for visual narratives.  Currently she is an animator on the Adult Swim show, Dream Corp LLC (executive produced by Stephen Merchant and John Krasinski, and created and directed by Daniel Stessen).  Her other clients include Microsoft, AT&T, RedFoo, Nissan, Blackline and Loot Crate, for whom she has done story-boarding, art directing, sketching, illustrating and designing.  Tayen also enjoys making things happen, which is evident in her work on such live-action productions as music videos for Steph Sexton and Jacob Whitesides, the award-winning web series’, Not It and Mana Screwed, and promotional content for clients like World Remit and KakaoTalk. Needless to say, Tayen loves the arts.
